“A short autobiographical experimental documentary/ video art/ video essay film in which the author explores how mental blocks in her life have held her back. We see a young girl cower away in fear from a suspected storm, to the point in which she becomes her own worst enemy and comfort is the biggest toxicity in her life. This film deals with the issues of mental health, anxiety, and was inspired by gendered issues keeping women from being truly free and the current climate the world is facing in which more and more revert into our comfort zones out of fear. This film is about embracing fear so that you can really change yourself.”
