The LUKSUZ FILM FESTIVAL aims to show short and low-budget productions of domestic and foreign auteur, alternative, activist films and videos, especially by younger authors (up to 30 years old), which are created in traditional or “garage” productions, in clubs, within the framework of non-commercial, auteur non-institutional productions and represent an alternative cultural media image to the otherwise dominant mass official distribution offer.
